Named for the stubborn boulders that split our namesake river in two, this West Coast IPA doesn't bend either. Expect a wall of pine resin and citrus zest riding on a firm, dry bitterness. Not your easy-drinking beer — this one demands respect.

Craft beer moved to aluminium cans because the seal preserves the brew exactly as our brewers intended. Light, oxygen, and heat are the three enemies of fresh beer — and cans outperform glass on all three.
Light never gets in
Hops are wrecked by light — that skunked note in clear or green bottles is a photolytic reaction. Aluminium blocks 100% of UV rays permanently.
Minimal oxygen, maximum freshness
We purge the headspace with CO₂ and seam within seconds of filling. Dissolved oxygen is metered on the packaging line to protect delicate dry-hop aromatics.
Colder, faster in Pune heat
Aluminium conducts cold far quicker than glass and retains temperature longer during warm Maharashtra afternoons and outdoor terrace sessions.
